II. FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Founded on September 6, 2001, Nam A IT JSC has undergone over 20 years of continuous effort and development, establishing itself as a trusted entity specializing in the distribution, project management, and retail of IT hardware products, while providing IT solutions to numerous major brands. Throughout its journey, Nam A IT JSC has marked several golden milestones:

• 2006: Opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City
• 2007: Opened a showroom in Thái Ha – Hanoi
• 2008: Transitioned to a joint-stock company model, and opened a branch in Da Nang
• 2010: Became an official distributor of Apple products in Vietnam
• 2015 – 2019: Achieved an average annual growth rate of 70% and was ranked among the top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam
• In the next 5-year journey from 2020 to 2025, Nam A IT JSC strives to become one of the leading domestic enterprises in the business of IT hardware products.
